  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, anxiety, and other conditions.

  • Groups offer a powerful therapy experience as members receive support from the therapist and other members.

    In-person and online groups are offered periodically.

  • Coming soon! This therapy incorporates the presence of an animal to assist in stress reduction, emotional expression, and other therapeutic interventions.
