• Where are you located?

    My physical office is located in Friendswood, TX, a suburb of Houston. I also offer online sessions through a HIPAA compliant platform to clients in the state of Texas and internationally.

  • Can you work with me on issues besides trauma?

    Absolutely! I am experienced with a wide range of concerns and will provide referrals for you if I am not able to be helpful in your situation.

  • Do you offer Christian counseling?

    Yes. With me, that means an approach that incorporates your faith in ways that are comfortable for you. That might mean simply approaching your challenges from a Christian framework or incorporating spiritual practices like prayer into our work.

  • Why were you in Singapore?

    My husband’s career took our family to the beautiful Garden City. While there, I began a private practice and treasured the opportunity to learn from Asian colleagues and clients.

  • What are your fees?

    Because I offer a wide range of services, and take insurance, therapy costs vary. Cash pay rates are $150 USD for individual one hour sessions, and $200 USD for couples or family sessions. I am in-network with the following insurances: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, Multiplan, Sana, TriCare and United Healthcare.
